below to print out a copy of the enrollment form. Complete and
sign the form. Deliver the form to your nearest
branch or mail to the address below. You will receive your
Online Banking Agreement and
temporary password by e-mail.
Once enrolled, you will no longer receive your monthly statement by
mail. You will receive an e-mail alert message notifying you
when your statement is available on the internet.
